Returns and Exchanges

You may return or exchange most unused and unwashed items within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been used, washed, or altered.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

In your email or phone call, please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your return.
We will then provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria.
If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process outlined above.
We will ship the replacement item to you once we receive your returned item and it has been inspected.
If the replacement item is more expensive than the original item, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
If the replacement item is less expensive than the original item, we will refund you the difference to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items that have been used, washed, or altered.
We also do not accept returns or exchanges on any items purchased on sale or clearance.
Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning any item(s).
We will cover the shipping costs of sending you a replacement item if the return was due to our error.
